FSG 8000V is a 200°C fiberglass sleeving with a flexible proprietary silicone resin coating. FSG 8000V will conform to bends required in complex wiring systems, including 200° bends, without cracking or crazing even when held in such positions permanently at the rated temperature. Its great flexibility permits production of continuous length runs in sizes up to and including 2" I.D.
FSG 8000V is ideal for complex systems with 200° bends. It is typically used as a protective covering for automotive wire harnesses and ABS brake wiring. It is also used for aerospace and aircraft wiring leads and for covering leads on extrusion plastic molding, die-casting machinery and presses.
